Instructions for Submitting a Request to Remove Stolen Content

We highly encourage using our Google Form for a faster and more efficient processing of your request. If you are unable to use the form, you may also submit your request via email.

Google Forms Submission (Preferred):

1. Access the Form: Go to the Google Form link: Submit a Request to Remove Stolen Content
2. Fill Out the Form:
   • Email Address Associated with Your Intima Account: Enter your email address.
   • Your Intima Username: Enter your username.
   • Description of the Issue: Provide a detailed description of the stolen content and any relevant links or evidence.
   • Copyright Declaration: Check the box confirming:
     I have a good faith belief that use of the above-described material in the manner complained of herein is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. I hereby declare that the information in the notification is accurate. I hereby declare, under penalty of perjury, that I am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
   • Signature: Type your full name in the signature field, confirming:
     By typing my name below, I hereby adopt that electronic signature as my own, pursuant to 15 U.S. Code § 7001 (the "ESIGN Act"), and affirmatively consent to its use as such.
3. Submit the Form: Once all fields are completed, click the "Submit" button.

Email Submission:

If you are unable to use the Google Form, please follow the instructions below to submit your request via email:

1. Subject Line: Use the subject line: "Request to Remove Stolen Content"
2. Email Body: Include the following details in the email body:
   • Email Address Associated with Your Intima Account: [Your Email Address]
   • Your Intima Username: [Your Username]
   • Description of the Issue: Provide a detailed description of the stolen content and any relevant links or evidence.
   • Copyright Declaration:

Review and Appeal Process

All reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven business days. The process for review includes:

• Evaluating the reported content to determine if it violates our standards.
• Taking appropriate action, which may include content removal, warnings, account suspension, or permanent bans.

If your request for content removal is denied, you can dispute this decision by contacting us at contentdisputes@intima.cloud. Disagreements regarding content removal appeals will be resolved by a neutral body to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable laws.
