Our platform is strictly for adults. To use Intima, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. We have zero tolerance for minors using our services and any form of child exploitation. If you are under the age of majority, you must immediately leave the platform. We reserve the right to report any suspected violations to appropriate law enforcement agencies. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding adult content and interactions.
3. Platform Overview
Intima consists of four interconnected services:
- Intima Fans: www.intima.cloud - Our fan subscription platform where creators can share exclusive content and connect with their audience.
- Intima Cams: cams.intima.cloud - Our live streaming platform offering real-time interaction and entertainment.
- Intima Chat: chat.intima.cloud - Our chat service that connects users with their favorite creators for personalized interactions.
- Intima Live: This is another model based on VIP service in social media and Telegram. The chats and calls are not made on the website. Some users will be able to register for Intima Live by manual request.
Users can register and integrate across all four platforms, ensuring a seamless experience.
4. User Accounts
To use Intima, you must create a user account on any of our platforms: Intima Fans, Intima Cams, or Intima Chat. This account will include basic data such as your email address, password, wallet balance, and other core information. This information will be synchronized across all three platforms, ensuring a seamless experience.
There are two types of accounts on Intima:
- User Accounts: These are for regular users who interact with content on Intima Fans, Intima Cams, and Intima Chat. User accounts allow you to subscribe to creators, participate in live streams, and engage in chats.
- Performer/Model/Content Creator Accounts: These accounts are for individuals who create and share content on our platforms. Performers, models, and content creators can upload videos, stream live content, and interact with their audience.
To join "Intima Live" as a performer, our team will manually create accounts for you on various external services, outside of our websites. This process is entirely manual and handled by our team to ensure the highest level of service and security. Regular users cannot join Intima Live; it is exclusively for performers and content creators.
When creating an account, you must provide a valid email address, choose a username, and set a strong password to ensure the security of your account. It is your responsibility to keep your password confidential and to use a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters to enhance security.
Shared accounts and studio accounts are permitted; however, the primary account holder is responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. This includes ensuring compliance with all security measures and promptly reporting any unauthorized access or suspicious activity to our support team.
Account holders must adhere to all security protocols provided by Intima. Failure to maintain account security may result in suspension or termination of the account. Users are also encouraged to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
By creating an account on any Intima platform, you agree to provide accurate and current information during the registration process and to keep this information updated. Providing false information or failing to update information as needed can result in account suspension or termination.

5. Content Policies

Videos: High-definition videos uploaded by content creators, including pre-recorded shows, tutorials, and exclusive performances.
Photo Galleries: Collections of images showcasing creators' work, behind-the-scenes shots, and other thematic galleries.
Profile Pictures: Images uploaded by users and creators to represent their profiles, which must adhere to platform guidelines.
Live Streams: Real-time video broadcasts on the Intima Cams platform, allowing for live interaction between creators and their audience.
Private Chats: Text-based conversations, which can include additional media such as photos, videos, and voice messages, conducted through Intima's private messaging system.
Interactive Content: Features such as polls, quizzes, and interactive games that creators can use to engage with their audience in real-time.
Audio Content: Podcasts, voice messages, and other audio recordings provided by creators for their audience.
User-Generated Content: Comments, reviews, and feedback posted by users across the platform.
Promotional Materials: Banners, ads, and announcements created by Intima to promote events, new features, and special offers.
Educational Content: Guides, tutorials, and instructional videos aimed at helping users and creators make the most of Intima's features.
Events and Performances: Scheduled live events, performances, and special broadcasts organized by creators and promoted by Intima.
This diverse range of content is designed to enhance user engagement, provide valuable experiences, and foster a vibrant community on the Intima platform.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
Users must adhere to the following restrictions regarding content usage:
- Downloading, recording, or saving any live streams, chats, screenshots, or other types of content that do not belong directly to their account.
- Re-selling, distributing, or using any content for private or commercial purposes that belongs to other users or to Intima.
- Uploading any content that is illegal, such as content involving minors, illegal drugs, or any other materials deemed illegal under applicable laws.
- Engaging in any activity that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Posting content that is abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive.
5.3 Consequences of Violations
Violations of these content policies may result in severe consequences, including but not limited to:
- Immediate suspension or termination of the user’s account.
- Permanent bans from all Intima platforms.
- Legal action, both civil and criminal, including reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Using other people’s sexual content without permission is a serious offense, constituting both a civil violation and a criminal offense.

- Scans, crawlers, or scraping tools to extract data without permission.

- User ensuring all payment information, such as credit card details, belong to the account holder.
For studio accounts, each team member must confirm and verify their own information to prevent the unauthorized use of content.

- Adhering to personal behavior standards, such as respectful communication and lawful conduct.
- Following all tax regulations and financial obligations associated with using the platform.

We do not save or maintainn in any way, details of the payment methods, credit card details etc.
8.2 Subscription Payments and Cancellations
Subscriptions on Intima can be purchased directly using a credit card or from the user's wallet balance. Here are the details:
- If a subscription is purchased using the wallet balance, it will auto-renew from the wallet as long as there is sufficient balance, unless it is canceled by the user.
- If a subscription is purchased using a credit card, it can be canceled via our website. Additionally, users can contact CCBill's Consumer Support department at https://support.ccbill.com/ to cancel their subscription.

8.3 Sending Payments
We provide multiple methods for sending payments to our content creators, which include:
- Bank transfers.
- Wire transfers.
- Other agreed-upon methods.
Please note that we do not send payments using credit cards.
8.4 Refunds

- Refunds will be processed using the same method that the original payment was made. For example, if a payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card.
- We do not provide refunds for services that have already been supplied.
- If a user wishes to refund their balance from their wallet, such requests may be approved under certain conditions. Balance refund requests can be made once per month and may be subject to refund fees.

Fans can subscribe to creators' content for a fee. Subscription details, including pricing and benefits, are clearly specified on the platform. It is the fan's responsibility to:
- Understand the subscription fees and billing cycles.
- Choose to subscribe or unsubscribe to creators' content at their discretion.
- Keep track of their subscription status and manage their account settings accordingly.
15.2 Additional Fan Privileges and Responsibilities
Subscribing to a creator's content grants fans access to exclusive materials and interactions. However, fans must:
- Respect the intellectual property rights of creators. Subscribing to content does not grant ownership or the right to download, distribute, or use the content in any way not explicitly permitted by the platform.
- Adhere to all platform rules and guidelines regarding content usage.
- Respect the privacy and personal boundaries of creators.
15.3 Interaction Guidelines
Fans are encouraged to interact with creators and other users in a respectful and positive manner. Fans must:
- Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.

- Report any abusive or inappropriate behavior to the platform's support team.
15.4 Content Protection

- Downloading, recording, or distributing content without permission is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or legal action.

16. Additional Terms of Use for Creators
Creators must adhere to these terms regarding content creation, interaction with fans, and revenue generation on Intima Live.
Content Creation Guidelines
Creators are responsible for managing their content and interactions with fans while adhering to all community guidelines. They must promptly report any data breaches, stolen content, or other issues. Creators must only upload legal content that they own. If a creator includes another person in their content, that person must be identified, verified by our team, and provide consent for their inclusion. We strictly enforce these rules, and they must be followed without exception.
Payment Terms and Processes

Payments to creators are calculated as follows:
- Creators do not receive a base salary. Earnings depend entirely on the transactions they generate.
- VAT is calculated based on the total transaction value and split proportionately between the Creator (80%) and the Platform (20%). In cases where the creator is a business collecting VAT, we may pass the VAT amount to the creator for them to pay.
- Transaction fees, chargebacks, or deductions are also split proportionately between the Creator (80%) and the Platform (20%).
- The Platform deducts a 20% commission from the Creator's earnings for the use of the platform and related services.
Creators will see their share (80%) of the transaction amount in their balance, but this amount includes potential VAT and credit card fees (up to 10%). The exact VAT and fees will be calculated and deducted only when the creator requests a payment. For example, if a creator's product is purchased for $100, the creator will see $80 in their balance. However, the final payout will account for VAT and fees when the payment request is made, reducing the $80 by applicable VAT and fees.
